He's 3
Birthday pancakes
Opening gifts with Shash
Not too sure about thisJust a bit late in posting, but my silly baby boy turned 3 on the 8th. My how time flies when you are spending days with 2 energetic children. It has been an emotional month starting with Henry turning 3 (more to come in the next post). Henry had fun celebrating with the family for his birthday. Of course he wanted a CARS birthday and luckily, we did not have any flat tires! These 3 years with my sweet boy have been challenging to say the least, but oh so wonderful. I love this little boy more than I ever could have imagined. Thankfully he is just as sweet as he is silly. Thanks to all who celebrated with us. I love you Henry!!!

40

Yep, it's true. I turned 40 this past Friday. How that happened, still not sure. I feel like I blinked my eyes and here it was. It was an awesome weekend (which started on Thursday) filled with celebrations and lots of cake with dear friends and family. Thanks to everyone for making my 40th so special.

She's 5!
As the saying goes, "Time flies when you are having fun." I cannot believe it has been an entire year since I was crying as I posted pictures from her 4th birthday. My little lady is certainly growing up quickly (she reminds me all of the time). She is so amazing to me. She is certainly wise beyond her years. I remember at 2 years old she was asking people if they had Jesus in their heart (without prompting). Lately she has been reading more and more which just blows my mind. Even after teaching for 15 years and witnessing the progress firsthand, it is so different when it is your own child. Don't get me wrong, life is not always a picnic with my sweet girl (we have very similar personalities), but I wouldn't trade a single moment. I love you Eleanor Claire!!!

Chris with the kids on his actual birthdayI am not very good about posting the "big things" as it seems a bit overwhelming. Having said that, we had some very big birthdays in our house last month. My wonderful husband turned 40 on March 6th and my sweet baby boy turned 2 on March 8th. Needless to say it was a very crazy week around here. We had a surprise party to celebrate the big 40 at my sister's and then celebrated Henry's on Sunday. I really cannot believe that my little baby is no longer a baby at all. It seems like just yesterday we were getting ready to welcome him into our lives. I am so blessed with an awesome family-I love them so much!!!!
